Our Purpose & Mission

Through our core initiatives, we work to equip communities with critical first aid resources, provide accessible health and safety training, and extend our impact globally by supporting education and emergency preparedness in underserved regions.

Our Purpose (Why we Exist)

Our organization exists to advance health and safety education by equipping youth, new workers, and diverse communities with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to work safely and succeed in the workforce.

We are committed to removing barriers to training and creating inclusive pathways that support individuals, especially youth, new workers and new Canadians and underrepresented groups, in accessing meaningful, high-quality safety education.

Through partnerships, innovation, and community engagement, we aim to build safer workplaces, stronger communities, and a more inclusive workforce.

Alongside our health and safety training programs, we are dedicated to strengthening community safety by making AEDs and first aid kits more accessible through our Community Group and global Initiative.
